New ways to contact us

We love talking with and hearing from advisers, so we’ve launched Webchat and Secure message on Client View. 



Webchat is our chat service where you can request policy information or ask any general queries, although no instructions can be facilitated.

Once you’re logged in to Client View, click on the chat icon to chat with a Customer Service representative. Webchat is available Mon – Fri 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).

Secure message

Secure message is our messaging application that allows you to securely request policy information, general queries as well as send instructions and attach documents.

You can access Secure message by logging into Client View and clicking the button on the top navigation.
